Daniella

Hopes to become a teacher

Daniella was diagnosed with cerebral palsy as a toddler but this diagnosis has definitely not stopped her from following her goals in life. Growing up, Daniella came to Grandview for therapy almost weekly. She learned to swim at Grandview and her therapist Lindsay was the one who introduced her to sledge hockey, an activity that has become a big part of her life. Today, Daniella is in high school and has started planning for her future. She's accomplished some pretty cool things already, like climbing a mountain and becoming the girl who inspired a new Barbie doll. She was even interviewed on The Morning Show about her story. There is no doubt, a lot more success to come in Daniella's life.
